Our products are listed with a Guide Price. The Guide Price is the price point at which we value the product while considering production, shipping and our ethical commitments. By purchasing at the Guide Price you are supporting all of the above, but we appreciate that sometimes our budgets are tight.

So, we’ve hired Ulysses. Ulysses is the newest member of Team UGLOW and your new personal shopping assistant who will be on hand to answer your questions and help on pricing where possible.

STEP 2: Check out the collection. Found something you like, but you’ve got a question about the price?
STEP 3: Hit up Ulysses in the chat function. If Ulysses doesn’t get back to you straight away then please allow some time, but no more than 24 hours (Ulysses is a Zwift addict, too)
STEP 4: Had a chat with Ulysses and found some middle ground? Awesome – that makes us happy. Head to the checkout and enter the promo code Ulysses just gave you. Voila! Your purchase has been ordered and your product is on the way.
STEP 5: Once you’ve received your new gear, please take a snap and share via @uglowsport.
Ulysses will be online for a trial run and for the first time from 27-28 June. If Ulysses performs well, then we’ll think about making the position more permanent. In the meantime, please spread the word with your family, friends, clubs and community.
