Returns & Exchange Policy

Please read through our process to return or exchange a recently purchased item below. If you are not able to find the right information here then please email us via shop@uglowsport.com and we will respond between Monday to Friday and within 24 hours.

RETURNS POLICY

TIMELINE FOR RETURNS

Full refunds are eligible if the item is returned within 30 days from the date you received the order. Refunds are transformed into store credit available for use on www.uglowsport.com.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Items purchased as part of a ‘Sale’ or ‘Discounted Promotion’ are not eligible for return or exchange. Items must be returned in the original packaging and all item labelling plus tags attached. The item must show no signs of wear, alteration or damage and the original liner should be in place. If you are trying the product on then please try on with your own undergarments in place. Any items, which are returned and not in their original condition will be returned to the customer at their own cost and a refund will not be issued.

RETURNABLE ITEMS

All items excluding ‘NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS’ (see above) are eligible for a full refund in store credit if returned within 30 business days from the date you received your order.

SHIPPING CHARGES ON RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unless the delivered item is damaged or incorrect the customer will be required to pay the shipping fee for items being returned. If you are looking to return your purchase in exchange for a different size then an additional shipping charge of €8-20 (depending on international location) will be applied to cover the cost of the new item being shipped.

RETURNS PROCESS

  1. Please select from the scenarios above choosing the most relevant option to your claim. Once you have submitted the form our team will be notified and we will be in touch within 1-3 business days to discuss further where required.
  2. Please contact our team via shop@uglowsport.com should you have any questions.
  3. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email within 7-10 business days informing you that your account on www.uglowsport.com has been credited with the full value of the returned item.

UGLOW Sport is not responsible for items being lost or damaged during the returns process and we recommend shipping your return items with postal tracking.

Please note that items purchased on www.uglowsport.com are not eligible for return via a physical retail shop of one of our official retailers.

EXCHANGE POLICY

TIMELINE FOR EXCHANGE

You have 30 days from the date you received delivery of your order to process your exchange. The items being exchanged must be returned to our returns address (see below) within this 30-day period. If the items being exchanged return outside of this 30-day period the items will not be exchanged.

NON-EXCHANGABLE ITEMS
