UGLOW Sport ships globally to all available territories, however, expected delivery time will vary depending on the destination.
DAMAGE OR LOSS
UGLOW Sport is not responsible for any loss or damage to goods that occurs after delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
TIME OF ORDER
All orders placed before 10AM Hong Kong Time (GMT+8) will be packed and shipped that day* (depending upon the volume of the orders and available resources). Any order placed after 10AM will be prepared and shipped by the next day excluding local Public or National Holidays or Saturday and Sunday.
LOCAL TAXES, CUSTOMS & FEES
All orders are prepared and shipped by our Logistics Partner in Hong Kong with all local fees paid by UGLOW Sport. Should any additional charges (tax, customs duty or clearance) occur during transport, these will be paid by the customer.
Depending on the total value of your order it is possible that your order will incur additional taxes enforced by your local regulations. Please understand that this is beyond our control and we apologise in advance should your order encounter additional TAX or Customs Duty. Please note that not all orders are eligible.

REGULAR SHIPPING
Fees to the following European regions: Finland, Germany, Greece, Italy, Norway, Poland, Ireland, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden and the UK range from €10.00 – €35.00.
For the US and the rest of the world except from Hong Kong and France the fee is €20.00.
EXPRESS & SUPER EXPRESS SHIPPING
Delivery times for each of these options are estimated according to Working Days excluding a National or Public Holiday and weekends. If one of these days falls in your expected delivery time-frame then please expect a 1-2 day delay.
SHIPPING DELAYS
The Estimated Delivery Time cannot be guaranteed, even for Express and Super Express services. Delays can be experienced due to changes in the freight schedule, customs clearance process, public holidays or if the destination is a remote area.
FREE SHIPPING
All orders via www.uglowsport.com, not including a discount or promotion, qualify for Free Regular Shipping. Free Regular Shipping is not available for shipments delivering to Hong Kong
SHIPPING FEES RELATING TO PRODUCT WEIGHT
The final shipping fee is subject to change depending on the weight or volume of your order. For large quantity orders UGLOW Sport reserves the right to temporarily pause your order while we calculate the accurate shipping fee with our Logistics Partner. The customer will be informed by email of the correct shipping fee and process for payment.
